Made with premium King of White Peony tea leaves, the egg rolls carry a clear and gentle tea fragrance. Made without pan-firing or rolling, white tea leaves retain a relatively more natural character, and this echoes SG’s philosophy of letting natural ingredients manifest themselves. Lingering tea notes ideally complement the taste and crispiness of egg rolls.

Organic Eggs

All our products use stringently certified organic eggs, with the hens’ living environment and feed meeting premium standards. These eggs contain more protein, less saturated fat and three times the natural Omega-3. We firmly reject pre-processed egg liquid commonly used for lowering costs, so customers can enjoy them with peace of mind.

Three Natural Sugars · Extra Low Sugar

Sugar is an indispensable ingredient for egg rolls to form. For perfect crispiness, we blend three types of refined natural sugar in our unique mixture ratio, producing perfect egg rolls with less than 5g of sugar per 100g of egg rolls. We reject the common practice of using large amounts of white sugar or leavening agents.

French Brittany Cultured Butter

We use French butter from Brittany farms, cultured for 15 hours using traditional methods from top-grade dairy milk – one of the world’s rare butters that contains Vitamin A. We reject the artificial, vegetable-fat-blended and low-cost butters many brands use out of cost considerations – these butters contain high levels of trans fat, which lowers HDL (good cholesterol), raises LDL (bad cholesterol), and increases the risk of coronary heart disease. To our understanding, some imitation butter samples also contain compounds which affect kidney function.

Century-Old Japanese Mill Flour

We use premium flour milled from quality Japanese wheat, sourced from a century-old, technically accomplished producer. After experimenting with flour from a wide range of brands, our research team has chosen one of the rare wheat flours capable of delivering the same fine, delicate texture.

No Extra Artificial Ingredients or Additives

We reject the common method of egg roll production that involves adding large amounts of white sugar, flavour enhancers, or synthetic additives. We produce egg rolls without artificial ingredients and are committed to offering a pure and delicious, wholesome snacking experience.
