How It Works
What is the minimum order quantity? +
Corporate orders generally start from 50 boxes. The exact minimum depends on flavours, packaging and level of customisation.
How far in advance should I order? +
Please allow at least 1 week for standard orders and 2 weeks for custom packaging or art collaborations. For Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn, we recommend ordering 3 weeks ahead.
Can you add our logo or customise the packaging? +
Yes. Brand elements, message cards or custom packaging can be arranged per project; details and quantities are confirmed case by case.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses? +
Yes. We can deliver to one or more addresses within Hong Kong, quoted by number of addresses and district.
Can we taste before ordering? +
Yes. Once there is a confirmed interest, we can arrange samples.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you issue invoices? +
Corporate orders can be paid through online payments and we can provide a formal quotation, invoice and receipt.
