What is SG?

SG (世干) is a Hong Kong brand of premium traditional Chinese snacks, opened in September 2025. We believe “Living is Always an Art; Traditional Snacks Ought Not Be an Exception”, and reinterpret traditional Chinese snacks through wholesome ingredients, individual wrapping and artful paper boxes. Egg rolls are our first range, with more products to come.

What ingredients do you use?

All products use certified organic eggs (never pre-processed egg liquid), cultured butter from Brittany, France, and flour from a centennial Japanese mill. We blend three refined natural sugars instead of white sugar, with no leavening agents or artificial additives.

How much sugar do the egg rolls contain?

Less than 5g of sugar per 100g of egg rolls, the lowest sugar content among all brands in our research.

What flavours are available?

Original, Osmanthus, King of White Peony, Chen Pi Red Bean, and Stone Orchid Luk On Tea in collaboration with Ying Kee Tea House. Some flavours are seasonal and availability varies.

Where are your products made?

All our products are freshly made in Hong Kong.

How do I order your products?

(1) Guests: please add the products you wish to order to your "Cart" and proceed to "Checkout" when you have finished shopping. Notifications about your order and/or delivery (including outsourced delivery, where applicable) will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct!
(2) Members: please add the items you wish to order to your "Cart" and proceed to "Checkout" when you have finished shopping. Notifications about your order and/or delivery (including outsourced delivery, where applicable) will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Members can also log in to their "Member Account" at any time to check order status.

Can I change my order after it is confirmed?

We kindly ask for your understanding that once your order (whether as a guest or a member) is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Please check that the details of your purchase (including quantities) are correct before confirming your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Octopus, FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Pickup & Delivery

How soon can I collect or receive my order?

To ensure every egg roll is freshly made, all orders are prepared roughly 3 working days after ordering. At checkout you may choose “as soon as possible” or a specified date (no earlier than 3 working days).

How much is delivery?

Free delivery within Hong Kong on all orders of HK$500 or above (excluding outlying islands and remote areas). Please see our Delivery Policy for details.

Can you pack my order specially for a flight?

Yes. Please leave a note when you place your order and we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange it.

Storage & Allergens

How long can the egg rolls be stored?

Egg rolls keep for 3 months from the production date; please see the best-before date on the bottom of the box. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from heat and direct sunlight, and once opened, enjoy promptly to keep them crisp.

What allergens do the egg rolls contain?

The products contain egg, milk and wheat (gluten), and may also contain nuts and sesame. If you have a severe allergy, please confirm with us before ordering.

Gift Boxes & Packaging

Are the egg rolls individually wrapped?

Yes. Every piece is sealed in a transparent individual wrapper, clean and hygienic, and easy to share at the office, gatherings or while travelling.

Do you offer gift boxes?

Yes. Our products come in illustrated paper gift boxes in different sizes, ideal for festivals and gifting. Customers are welcome to draw or write a message on the box.

Corporate & Bulk

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Can you add our logo or customise the packaging?

Yes. Brand elements, message cards or custom packaging can be arranged per project, and we also offer OEM and private-label solutions. Please see our Corporate page for details.

Delivery Policy

Delivery fees

1.Customers are responsible for delivery fees, which are calculated based on the weight of the products purchased and the delivery area. Orders of HK$500 or above in a single purchase qualify for free delivery (excluding outlying islands and remote areas).

Processing & delivery time

2.Under normal circumstances, we will arrange the ordered products within 3 working days after the order is confirmed.3.Delivery services are handled by a separately engaged third-party courier for logistics and delivery.4.Delivery times vary by area.

Tracking & notifications

5.Customers can track the delivery status of their purchased products via SMS sent by us.6.Where necessary, the third-party courier will contact the customer before delivery to confirm the final delivery time.7.If any ordered product is out of stock, we will contact the customer by phone or email to confirm the final delivery time.

Delivery arrangements

8.Each order can only be delivered to one destination.9.If an order cannot be delivered successfully, we will notify you by email or via our official WhatsApp number.

In-store pickup

You may collect your order at our Tin Hau Flagship Store, Admiralty Store or Tsim Sha Tsui Store. Once your order is ready we will notify you by email or WhatsApp — please collect during opening hours.

Return Policy

Quality & return principles

1.All food products from our company (SG) undergo strict quality control; please consume them before the expiry date. To maintain food hygiene and safety, apart from products with inherent defects, which may be returned or exchanged, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or consumed, or that have deteriorated due to deformed packaging, loss of temperature or improper storage.

Inspection on receipt & delivery defects

2.To protect your rights, please open and check your order immediately upon receipt to ensure it is correct and complete. If there are any problems, please contact our customer service team right away.3.If any product is found to be defective due to delivery, please report it directly to the delivery staff and be sure to take photos to protect your rights, then contact our customer service team immediately. When returning or exchanging products, please keep the packaging intact (including the purchased food, packaging bags, boxes and all inner and outer packaging materials) and send everything back together. Missing items or spoiled food will affect eligibility for a return.

Storage

4.Please store the products in a cool, well-ventilated place and avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures to prevent spoilage.

Non-returnable situations

Returns or exchanges cannot be processed in the following situations:

a.The product is not part of the order for which the return was requested.b.The product has deteriorated after consumption, or due to deformed packaging, loss of temperature or improper storage, or the returned product shows obvious soiling or odour. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange and to make the final decision on any obvious soiling or odour.c.Incomplete packaging: complete packaging includes the purchased food, packaging bags, boxes and all inner and outer packaging materials.d.Processed products, e.g. printed items that are no longer in their original state.e.The product packaging is damaged or has other issues affecting resale.f.Returns requested for subjective reasons, e.g. not liking the product or it being different from what was imagined; we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Order cancellation

6.If you request to cancel an order for personal reasons after payment, a refund handling fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged. Orders cannot be cancelled once the products have been dispatched.

Final decision

7.We reserve the right of final decision on all matters relating to returns and exchanges.

3.1We are responsible for managing the Website, arranging the order-processing process and fulfilling the Goods you order from us through our Website.3.2When you place an order, you are offering to buy the Goods from us at the specified price. Once submitted, an order may not be cancelled, even if we have not yet accepted or rejected it.3.3

We will confirm by email that we have received your order. The confirmation email will provide:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

3.6If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund the amount to your account within thirty (30) days of the order.

4.Prices and Payment

4.1We will use all reasonable commercial efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our Website.4.2

If the price of the Goods at the time we intend to accept your order is higher than the price when you placed it, we will:

4.2.1cancel your order, or4.2.2contact you to ask whether you wish to pay the higher price or cancel your order.

4.3If we cancel an order and you have made any payment, we will refund it to you. You agree and accept that we are not required to pay any compensation for your dissatisfaction.4.4By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the credit card you specify for the amount of the Goods at the time we accept your order. Ownership of the Goods will not pass to you until payment has been received.4.5We use third-party payment services for online transactions. By placing an order, you agree and accept that, subject to their terms and conditions, your credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider. You agree and accept that you alone bear any loss incurred or arising when carrying out credit card transactions, and we shall in no circumstances be liable for any such loss in whole or in part.

5.Delivery

5.1We deliver to designated areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday (order cut-off time is 12 noon). Delivery may be delayed when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, and we reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse delivery. You agree and accept that you will collect the ordered Goods from our store, and in no circumstances will we accept cancellation of the order or refund you.5.2We will deliver the Goods you order to the delivery address you provide through our staff or a third-party provider. When the Goods are delivered to the address you provided, they are deemed delivered to and received by you. If you are unable to receive the Goods for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to charge you an additional fee or cancel your order.5.3Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial efforts to deliver within 3 working days after your order is placed. Subject to prior online arrangement, you may be able to choose an available delivery time slot when ordering.5.4We may deliver in one or more instalments. Any times and dates for dispatch of the Goods, or the time required for delivery, are estimates only. If we are unable to meet any specified dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you of the progress of your order. You agree and accept that in no circumstances will we accept cancellation of the order or refund you.5.5Once the Goods have been delivered to you, you become their owner. From delivery, you bear the risk of holding the Goods and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
